Contact Admin. First of all, I liked the prices. But desk managers speak a little bit of English. Cuz I from California also I am korean: Anyway, pretty clean and water and drinking stuff in the fridge are all free.
It was hot out side even on May. But inside hotel was fresh air and was cool. I asked many things about smoking smell things. They changed the room for us. Yes, this is a "love hotel", but we did not find any directories of "working girls" beside on our nightstand, as another reviewer noticed. However there was a goodie-bag filled with condoms, gels and so on. And the reception area had a distinct red-light-district feel to it.
Nobody of the available staff spoke English. We had to rely on the help of a receptionist at our previous hotel to make a reservation by phone.
The 60, KRW room we were shown on arrival, of which the main feature was a large Jacuzzi bathtub, was dinky, dark, and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. It was completely different from what we'd seen on the website, and with some gesturing and with help of a translation app on the smartphone, we managed to ask the receptionist if they had anything better.
It turned out we could get a better room as on the website pictures for only 10, KRW more still cheap , which was much larger, lighter, better furnished and didn't smell of smoke. The pillows on the bed were a bit stiff to our taste.
