Eva has a Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma and has been working as a massage therapist since then. For the last 4 years she has been working alongside physiotherapists and personal trainers, with a focus on rehabilitation and sports massage. She also has a sports background in martial arts.
Apart from sports and therapeutic massage she also enjoys doing deep tissue, swedish and pregnancy massages. I have completed several in-house courses in this time from specialised fascia release techniques, tmj work, trigger point therapy to foam roller work, swiss ball workouts, more advanced pilates mat classes and reformer techniques.
I have also completed a series of training courses in clinical orthopedic manual therapy for upper extremeties, hips and back work. I also specialise in pregnancy and post-natal massage.
I completed my pilates training and became a Pilates Instructor in and teach one-to-one Pilates and a variety of Pilates classes from beginners to advanced mat and reformer classes. In , I completed a pain management course focusing on dry-needling techniques and now use dry-needling as one of my many techniques for releasing muscles and fascia and reducing pain. I am passionate about massage, pilates and dry needling and the incredible results I get for my clients with all of these modalities.
